  Valerie is the best landlord a renter could ask for.  She made my move into the suite smoothly and effortlessly.  Every time I had a question, she would answer right away.  She has been very accommodating and helpful during my move in and move out.  The building is well taken care of, the tenants are nice and polite, it's great to have a gym and swimming pool at the facility, and Valerie is just the best.  I am grateful for her professionalism, pleasant demeanor, friendly attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service.  She seemed always busy but she still managed to make time to answer my questions.  Thank you again for the wonderful experience.
