Dorothy and Paul do an awesome job of looking after this property. I always feel very safe and secure here. They are generally very quick to respond to any requests or needs I have. I did receive new carpet a year ago which is awesome! I was told I would be getting new flooring, they even had me pick out the flooring combination I wanted. So, I guess I can expect that eventually. Overall I am satisfied with where I reside!

It was an excellent choice for us to stay at Emerald Manor here in Grande Prairie. The manager is very prompt in dealing with any problems and is very strict in keeping the building safe for the tenants. We feel very safe and secure while staying here. The cleanliness of the place is very well done as well. The management and maintenance staff work well with each other by always keeping the outside and inside of the building well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any person who is looking for one.

Emerald Manor is an excellent rental apartment thanks to the professionalism, values and diligence of the managers, Dorothy and Paul. They take pride in the appearance and safety of the buildings and grounds. My mother's home was comfortable and safe. This is due to Dorothy and Paul - not an easy accomplishment in Grande Prairie's apartment rental business.
