Kelson Group Officially Opens Peterson Landing Apartments
The ribbon has been cut signifying the official grand opening of Peterson Landing apartments in Kamloops, Kelson Group's newest residences. The 110-suite rental building is already at full capacity with the last suite available rented on Tuesday of this week, marking the launch of Kamloops' newest rental community as a great success.
"Our team is very happy with where we are at today," says Jason Fawcett, Vice President of Operations for Kelson Group. "This development was our first foray into the world of property development here in Kamloops, and although there are always a few challenges along the way in building, our new residents are happy to be moved in and ready to enjoy the holiday season with friends and family at Peterson Landing."
Among residents, the Kelson team, and dignitaries in attendance at the grand opening event, was David Hutniak, CEO of LandlordBC, who made the trek from Vancouver to celebrate Kelson Group's special day.

Peterson Landing, named to align with Peterson Creek Nature Park, is a 4 storey, 110-suite residential development combining style, comfort, and convenience situated in the popular Kamloops Sahali neighbourhood. The residence is close to shopping, business, financial services, recreational opportunities, and Thompson Rivers University. As with their recent builds in Abbotsford and Langley, the Kelson Group team wanted to again knock the ball out of the park with Peterson Landing to set the standard for the new properties the company develops to help their residents live better.
Also complimenting the pet friendly building are the many amenities residents will enjoy on the property including in-suite laundry, a terraced community garden, gazebo, landscaped green spaces, fitness centre, underground and surface parking, and extra storage for bikes and scooters.
