We are always looking for professional individuals to join our team. We are committed to providing safe, clean and attractive rental homes throughout Western Canada while providing rewarding work for our employees and generous support to the communities in which we live and work.

Our goal is to be the best property manager in cities we own and operate buildings in. We currently own and oversee more than 70 residential and commercial real estate properties in British Columbia and Alberta. Our primary focus is residential apartment buildings, which are located in Kamloops, Prince George, Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey and Kelowna, British Columbia and in Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park and Grande Prairie, Alberta. We also own and manage three commercial properties in downtown Kamloops, where our head office is located.

Kelson Group and its employees are guided within day-to-day operations by our guiding principals, which focus on: fairness, to our residents and staff; accountability, for our actions and how they influence others; caring, exhibiting empathy for others we interact with; teamwork to help each other succeed, and; service, with a focus on consistently delivering clean, well maintained buildings and exceptional professionalism.

Our company is a long-standing member of LandlordBC and the Alberta Residential Landlord Association, and the management team has served on the LandlordBC board in various capacities through the years. 

Kelson Group is a family owned group of companies including Kelson Investments Ltd., Roses Ice Cream Limited and F&N Developers (1974) Ltd. that purchased their first property over 45 years ago in 1974. We have established a long-term vision to maintain and hold our properties well into the future. We believe in maintaining our properties to a high level and keeping customer service a priority.
